Look forward to an evening of indulgence entirely dedicated to Valais – together with Maison Gilliard and Welschen Zermatt. As wine ambassador, Ms Kohlbrenner from Maison Gilliard in Sion presents a selection from the Les Tonneliers range. Enjoy Valais air-dried meat, raclette AOP à discrétion, pink-roasted rack of lamb and further regional specialities. Menu CHF 70.00, wine pairing CHF 50.00 per person. Starting at 6.00 pm.
